Rare Pinocchio and Figaro Boxed Set from 1939

Pinocchio is not rare and Figaro is not rare, but this boxed set sure is.  This is the only boxed set we have seen.  The toys are in excellent condition with minor scuffing on both toys and they both work.  The box is marked 1939 Walt Disney Ent.  This set was manufactured by Marx.   The box is complete and intact.  The corners of the top are split.  There is a split corner and a tear on the bottom of the box.  Highly collectible and displays great.
